Warehousing & management

Cleaning & sterilization
The environmental protection aluminum foil bag inside the Talos Keg has been sterilized and disinfected at the factory. All the indicators are in line with the state before the filling. Only the disinfectant is used to flush the mouth of the keg when filling, and the steam can be used to start the filling. The steel drum is in accordance with the standard process. It requires 9 processes before filling: draining liquid→washing with water→ washing with alkali→ washing with water→weak pickling→ water→sterilization→ oxygen removal→pressure preparation, and the need for more large and expensive equipment. Talos Kegs have no requirements for pressurized gas, and can be used to directly drink alcohol through air pumps; eliminating the need to purchase pressure reducing valves, gas cylinders, gas meters, and food-grade carbon dioxide; more importantly, eliminating the need for food-grade carbon dioxide supply in many cities. The time and effort required for barrel beer sellers to find and purchase gas cylinders also solves the obstacles that some terminals are reluctant to place high-pressure gas cylinders in their business premises without selling barrel beer.

Reduce the residual rate
The stainless steel beer barrel is pressurized by carbon dioxide through the beer spear.
