You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Refunds, replacement or exchange for items that have been misused, abused, modified or etc. will be denied.
• Items that are broken during delivery

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Our policy lasts 30 days from the time of receiving your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since receiving the product we won't be able to approve a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lemei@taloschina.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Exchanges will be approved on a person to person basis. Your request will be valid if it's within the 30 day return policy and the product you wish to exchange hasn't been used or installed. The product must be in the same brand new condition it arrived as. If you would like to request an exchange you can use our return button or send us an email at lemei@taloschina.com. Please wait for an approval before sending your product back as you must have an RMA #.

Domestic

All orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of your purchase date during our business hours. Your order will be shipped via Standard Service through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days and are shipped from our California warehouse. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Talos-USA.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

All of our orders are shipped from our California warehouse unless otherwise stated. 

Delivery times range anywhere from 2-7 Business Days which is dependent on the carrier and location of shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation.

International

Our Standard shipping charge is automatically calculated during your checkout process.

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.

*Orders shipped via Standard, can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

We primarily use USPS and UPS, but can on occasion use FedEx when necessary. If you have a preferred carrier that you would like to use please feel free to contact us.
