Ensure your beer lines are clean for a consistently great tasting beverage
Overtime beer leaves mineral deposits, protein and yeast deposits within the beer lines. This can ultimately affect the taste and smell of your beer. If left untreated, mold will eventually find it's way into your draft system and inturn create calcium deposits or "beer stones".
Lines should be cleaned roughly every 5-6 weeks or whenever you decide to switch out your keg. Please note that commercial applications should be taken care of on a more frequent basis.
